This is a great DIY class for those who are looking to advance in their keto journey, or for those who want to learn how to bust through any and all weight loss plateaus You will learn additional strategies to enhance your ketogenic lifestyle, and add variety to your ketogenic way of eating. 

Outside of weight loss plateaus, another reason you may want to implement advanced fat burning strategies, are to give you options for maintaining your ketogenic lifestyle and balance your hormones.  When we eat a certain way for a long time - such as sticking to exact macros and/or eating the same foods all the time - our body gets used to what we feed it and will keep things status quo.  Using a new strategy is a way of waking your body up by doing something new and different. We also want to find where you FEEL best.

 

This is an 8-week self guided program where you will learn one of six advanced strategies per week, then choose the one that feels best for YOU and practice it for one more.

During these eight weeks, you will to dive into the following advanced fat-burning

strategies:

  • Protein Sparing Modified Fast

  • Egg Fast

  • Carb up 

  • Protein up 

  • Extended fast 

  • Carnivore Keto

 

The comprehensive Keto 102 Program Guide contains sample meal plans for each advanced fat-burning strategy that you will tackle week-by-week. You will continue with 102 weekly workouts. (optional to do.)
